  • 5+ years as a board director of a 30-strong, £1.5m turnover business
  • 100+ client teams supported over 15 years
  • 100+ hours of team coaching delivered with MBA students and entrepreneurs in 2020/21

 

In 2021, I have already worked with three individual clients who have been able to increase day rates by 25%; jettison toxic clients in favour of a more enjoyable and profitable mix; and realise their career potential and dream projects.

 I am completing Team Mastery training with Akatemia CIC and am a member of the Association for Coaching.
